The core layer is made of a strengthening and stabilising layer called “honey- comb”. The outer layer, known as the facing, consists of a 3 mm thick wood-based HDF finished with a selected decorative layer. Thanks to the use of a double lower rail, the timber construction door can be cut to size by up to 60 mm. FRAME WITH SOLID CORE BOARD The core, made with a board, is a very durable and sturdy solution. A timber frame provides a basis for the construction, with the core built with a solid board. The outer layer is a 3 mm thick wood-based HDF finished with a decorative layer from a selected colour group. Thanks to the use of a double lower rail, the door can be cut to size by up to 60 mm.
